  8. These are the OS3.9 NDK includes converted into StormC format. StormC 4 is
  9. provided only with the OS3.5 includes. The StormC includes differ from the
  10. NDK includes and converting them is a laborious chore that until now had
  11. to be done by every OS3.9+StormC developer. Many of the tools which are
  12. available for performing this task contain serious bugs.
